Southeast Orthopedic Specialists Direct St. Augustine

My experience with Dr. Andrew was comforting and positive. He was patient and understanding of my nervousness and allowed my numerous interruptions. He diligently answered every question thoroughly and waited for me to think of new ones. His manner was amiable and professional and he and his incredible staff gave me confidence for the pending procedure.

This was my first visit to this office since it migrated from its previous practice to SOSD - St. Augustine, and it was wonderful from start to finish. The staff member (via phone) made making the appointment an easy task. On the day of my visit, the front desk staff, the x-ray technologist, the MA doing the intake, and Dr. Lampley were all welcoming, friendly, and professional, lessening any angst I had when I walked in. This was my second appointment with Dr. Lampley (and for a new issue), and as with my first appointment with him, he provided excellent care. While this is very busy office, (and on different occasions, my husband and I have seen three of the physicians in the practice), we've never experienced that unfortunate "assembly line" feeling that seems to be the norm in many practices; and the staff and physicians do an excellent job of making sure processes are explained clearly and fully, concerns are addressed, and questions are answered. I HIGHLY recommend this practice and Dr. Lampley to anyone needing ortho care.
